DHL Supply Chain has acquired the remaining shares in drinks distributor Tradeteam from Molson Coors.
At the end of last month Tradeteam became a fully-owed subsidiary of DHL after striking a deal with its former partner.
A DHL Supply Chain spokeswoman said: “DHL has been the primary stakeholder in Tradeteam since 1995 managing the business on a day-to-day basis in partnership with Molson Coors.
"Having reviewed their respective strategic objectives, the partners have decided that it was an appropriate time to complete the transition of the company.”
Tradeteam, which has 29 sites across the UK and a fleet of 450 vehicles, had its primary distribution contract with Molson Coors extended last year.
