Yodel has changed the partner it works with for international deliveries, enabling it to offer fully tracked international delivery.
It has formed a partnership with parcel and mail software firm P2P eSolutions for its Yodel World delivery service, which the carrier says increases its international reach to 98% of addresses worldwide.
The partnership gives it access to the services of other overseas delivery firms. Yodel has also collaborated with Jersey Post and Guernsey Post for deliveries to the Channel Islands and Fastway Couriers for the Republic of Ireland.
A spokesman said the service has been formally adopted following a soft launch in the summer. It's first international service was launched two years ago.
Executive chairman Dick Stead said: “We are very excited by the opportunities that Yodel World brings. This enhanced service offers seamless international deliveries and provides consumer reassurance by offering a fully trackable service as standard.”
