Contract hire and fleet management specialist Prohire has acquired Nottingham-based RH Rentals for an undisclosed sum.
David Barlow, Prohire chairman and CEO, said RH Rentals fleet, which includes rigid vehicles, tractor units and vans, was "a perfect complement to Prohire’s".
Prohire will further increase its fleet size by placing a significant order for new commercial vehicles over the coming weeks.
