Online fashion retailer ASOS has extended its relationship with Allport Cargo Services.

The operator has managed ASOS’s international supply chain operations across air and sea since April 2012.

Under the terms of the expanded contract, it will now also arrange road transport services for key ASOS suppliers via its own vehicle fleet and through its haulage partners across Europe.

The deal covers 14 countries, including Turkey, Greece, France, Germany and Morocco.

John Williams, Allport Cargo Services director for overland operations, said: “We are proud to have earned ASOS’ trust and look forward to enhancing their EMEA supply chain operations, to help bring consistency to their sourcing globally.”

Norbert Dentressangle recently won a £100m deal with ASOS to run a global DC in West Yorkshire for it.

Allport sold its Specialist Services Division to Bishopsgate in June.
