BVG Airflo has awarded a two-year parcel delivery contract for two of its home, clothing and footwear brands to Hermes.

Hermes will make daily collections for its Clifford James and Samuel Windsor brands from BVG Airflo’s  DC in Skelmersdale, Lancashire, using a dedicated trailer. Parcels will then be sorted at Hermes’ Warrington hub before delivery to homes nationwide.

The carrier will deliver over 750,000 items per year for BVG Airflo using its 48-hour standard delivery service.

Hermes’ sales and marketing director Gary Winter said the operator is now delivering for over 120 high street stores, catalogues and online retailers.

BVG Airflo's CEO Iain Burgess said: "We needed a home delivery solution that reflected the high quality service we provide to our customers."
