Parcel carrier manager Global Freight Solutions (GFS) has won a deal with high street retailer New Look to manage delivery of its ‘click and collect’ orders. GFS has developed a bespoke version of its multi-carrier selection system GFS Selector, which allows it to use its own transport to deliver all click and collect orders from its DC at Lymedale Business Park in Staffordshire. B2C parcel giant DPD says it is enhancing its green credentials by providing carbon neutral shipping from its five major European markets at no extra cost to the customer.
