CollectPlus has reported record volumes, more than doubling the number of parcels handled last year to 7.7 million, up from 3.3 million the year before.
It claimed that its client base has risen 32% in the past 12 months, winning new contracts from retailers including John Lewis, Asda, Clarks, Schuh and Brand Alley.
Its network of parcel shops currently stands at around 5,250 across the UK, located in local convenience stores and petrol stations.
Chief executive Neil Ashworth said: “It has been a very strong twelve months for CollectPlus as a greater number of retailers and their customers have discovered the solution we provide in a changing retail environment.”
