Pall-Ex Polska is set to launch in Poland in May 2013, the pallet network has revealed.
KMC-Services has become the network’s latest network partner as part of its ambitious European expansion plans.
Pall-Ex is aiming to have a 15-strong European network in place by 2015, and Polska will be the company’s fifth European partner.
It comes after Pall-Ex Romania went live in December last year. Katarzyna Chabinka, chief executive of Pall-Ex Polska, says: “In Romania, we have already seen how the network model has helped to drive down distribution costs for manufacturers, importers and distributors.
“With the recent UEFA European football championships being hosted in Poland and Ukraine and foreign direct investment and infrastructural development continuing to improve, Poland is set to become a major logistical gateway.”
Last month, Pall-Ex signed its fourth European partner in France, and launched an all new livery.
